Hey! I'm Reaz Romen, a CTO and systems engineer.

I build communication systems, embedded devices, distributed infrastructure, and the software that connects them.

Currently CTO at LOUPKIDS, working across firmware, real-time voice, backend systems, device infrastructure, and production operations.

My work often crosses the whole system:

Hardware → Firmware → Protocols → Networks → Services → Infrastructure → Observability

I like working close to the actual system — debugging audio paths, tracing packets, designing control planes, deploying infrastructure, instrumenting services, and figuring out why something that should work doesn't.
